Apologies, support and updates

Hello, and thanks to everyone who is participating in forums and sending emails to us.

We have had to become mostly inactive because of a severe tragedy amongst our development team.

We apologize to those of you who have been waiting for technical support and application updates.

We will be covering technical support and getting back into the updates that were previously in progress as soon as we possibly can. In the meantime, please be sure to leave us your technical support requests and feel free to contact us.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused any of you.

Our condolences on the tragedy but that notice is now 4 months old. Pretty please, accept, move on, accept, grieve if needed and let's get back to the business at hand: product improvement. Thanks

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, it was not a "grieve and move on" sort of issue because it required a core change in our ability to do business.

We are back on track, getting some updates ready to go, and rebuilding the business to be much more resilient to such issues in the future.
