Report Options not working in 1.3.0

tw — Mon, 07/13/2009 - 19:52

When I try to see a report for a specific CATEGORY or for a specific CLIENT, the report keeps coming the same unspecified way. It used to work so well.

Am I the only one to have this issue?

same prob whether I have week view or month view as default.

Is there a way to revert to a previous version?

thank you

Same here, options won't sort properly. Has anyone figured this out?

Reports Options

PHSlater — Mon, 07/20/2009 - 18:56

I am also having the same report options problem.
It appears the options, 'Category', 'Client' and 'Job Code' are NOT filtering data at all. The options, 'Report Begins' and 'Report Ends' are the only ones filtering correctly.
The previous version worked fine for me as well.

RE: same problem

costmo — Wed, 07/22/2009 - 14:59

Hello,

These issues were introduced (and unfortunately not caught by us prior to submitting an update to Apple) in changes to the iPhone/iPod 3.0 operating system.

We have just submitted an update to the App Store that should resolve the issues. Expect to see this free update in 2 - 7 days.

The problem that you had with email is likely due to an outage at a third party service provider. Please let us know if you are still having that problem. We have plans to change a few things up so that the third party service will no longer be necessary, but versions of the iPhone OS prior to 3.0 left us with no other choice.

We apologize for any problems that this may have caused. If you have any other questions or we can assist you in any way, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Thanks.
