We need not only Customer based Jobs. Some Jobs we make that we need for all our Customers. Like Support or Update.

This feature is currently in the works. In the meantime, the way to get the intended behavior is to create a customer called "All" (or whatever you want to call it) and then create your "All Customers" job(s) for the new pseudo-customer.

I, too, would love to see this option. I use the program to track time in the IT field. It would be great to set up common IT tasks that can be used for all clients. Look forward to this feature.

Some of the stuff I do is for all clients, some are unique to the client.

Maybe some way of checkboxing jobs/tasks makes them global?
